Get some relief within 90 days
In this first module we'll dive deep into the ins and outs of PCOS and how our hormones are affected when dealing with PCOS.
Deep dive into the 3 major causes of the hormone dysregulation leading to PCOS symptoms:
- Insulin resistance/excess insulin
- Chronic inflammation
- Stress/high cortisol
We’ll walk through figuring out your PCOS Profile and laying out your biggest contributions to your hormonal disruption.
We'll go over listening to important signals, finding patterns, and tracking symptoms to get fully in-tune with your body.
Our mindset is the most powerful resource we have to impact our lives. We can use it for the worse or for the better. When we are told there is no cure to PCOS, or that we're born with it, we get in a mindset that our body's don't work correctly. This is very damaging not only to both our mental health and physical health.
“Whether you believe you can or you can’t, you’re right.” - Henry Ford
We'll go over how to train your brain to stay in a healthy and positive mindset.
Staying positive can be difficult when we've been struggling for so long, so we will go over some happy habits and tools to implement to make an immediate impact on your health and chances of full PCOS reversal.
Lifestyle changes take lots of motivation and focus. We'll go over how to set goals to keep your eye on the prize.
Making lifestyle adjustments
Instead of talking about ways to mask our symptoms, let's talk about exactly what causes the hyperinsulinemia, inflammation, and stress that directly causes our PCOS symptoms.
We dive into the lies that we have been told about nutrition, and why eating "healthy" hasn't helped you so far. We'll talk about the nutrients our hormones need, and what foods to remove from our diets and our vocabulary.
I briefly go over the importance of light exercise for our hormones and mental health. We also discuss environmental toxins that contribute to our symptoms, and talk about how to manage stress to reduce cortisol and live life in joy.
Continuing education, adopting a growth mindset, and having a support person or group are each crucial to long-term success. We'll talk about resources available to you to ensure you stick with your life transformation.
